Abby has worked in long term care, independent living, assisted living and memory care for ten years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and is a Licensed Assisted Living Director and Nursing Home Administrator in Minnesota. Abby enjoys traveling, golfing and being outdoors with her husband. She loves to bring her Bernedoodle, Luna, to work with her.
Gina Ness Gould
Director of Sales and Outreach
Gina brings more than 13 years of experience in property management, sales and leasing, along with a passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful connections. Before joining Amira Choice Champlin, she spent three and a half years with Ebenezer in a cooperative senior living community, where she discovered a true passion for supporting older adults and their families. Outside of work, she loves to travel, enjoys reading, working on puzzles, watching her favorite TV shows and spending time with her fiancé Kurt, their two cats and their Goldendoodle, Pepper.
Isaiah Mageto
Director of Health Services
With over 18 years of experience in senior care, Isaiah has built his career around quality care, operational excellence and team development. Holding an MSN in Nursing Informatics, he is known for strengthening quality systems, supporting staff growth and advancing person-centered care. Originally from Kenya and having lived in the United States for over 20 years, he brings a culturally grounded, relationship-focused approach to leadership. Recognized for his calm presence, accountability and commitment to excellence, he is passionate about helping older adults live with dignity, independence and purpose.
