All-Day Dining

Dine your way, on your schedule. Our restaurant-style dining room serves up three chef-prepared meals daily. The Rockford Café is a great place to gather with neighbors for coffee or other treats.

Spiritual Support

We welcome residents of all faiths. We offer non-denominational church services and regular Catholic Communion.

Engaging Programming

You’ll have no trouble keeping busy with our full calendar of activity programs. Our social events, fitness classes, scheduled group outings, guest entertainment, clubs and more are all arranged to fit the interest of our residents.

Visiting Health Providers

We partner with provider groups to bring experienced primary care doctors and nurse practitioners, podiatrists and other specialists directly to our community on a regular basis. In addition, we partner with Medicare-certified providers to offer covered nursing services; physical, occupational and speech therapies; and hospice and social work services.

Care Services

Full-time licensed nurses and 24-hour personal care assistants are available to all residents receiving care. Residents can choose from a large menu of supportive homemaking and healthcare services, like daily safety checks, assistance with dressing, bathing, medication management and more. Our list of available services is extensive and includes two-person and mechanical lift transfers, assistance with insulin and other medical needs.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

Enjoy a maintenance-free life. We take care of regular upkeep on your apartment home, including appliances and all common spaces. We can provide add-on services like housekeeping and laundry. Personal maintenance requests can also be accommodated.
