Abby Stearns
Executive Director
Abby brings more than eight years of experience in the senior living and healthcare industry, with a career focused on compassionate, resident-centered care. Her passion for serving seniors began while volunteering at her grandmother’s assisted living community. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and began her career in skilled nursing before transitioning to assisted living. Originally from Blaine, Abby now resides in Carver with her husband, Jacob. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and making memories with family and friends.
Dean Miller
Director of Sales and Outreach
Dean has worked in senior housing for more than 7 years. His career started in the US Navy working in accounting prior to moving into sales of a variety of products including night vision products, homecare, health insurance, employment advertising and floral arrangements. Dean grew up in Ohio before being stationed in San Diego with the US Navy. Dean and his husband love traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Ernestine Levala
Director of Nursing
Levala began her journey in healthcare more than 12 years ago as a Clinical Assistant to the National HIV/AIDS Coordinator with the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon. After relocating to the United States in 2017, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Trained Medication Aide, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) from Ohio Medical Career College in 2019. She lives in Lakeville, Minnesota, with her husband and young daughter and is deeply involved in community and cultural organizations.
