Jennifer Ensign
Executive Director
Jennifer (Jen) began working with seniors as a volunteer at a nursing home with her mom when she was just seven years old. She later became a nursing assistant on the night shift before moving into a human resources role. Jen has worked as an Executive Director for more than 13 years. She likes to travel with her husband and two children and enjoys painting, photography, and pottery. Jen also participates in professional BBQ competitions!
Kelly Degroot
Director of Health Services
Kelly started her career as a nursing assistant before becoming a nurse more than 10 years ago. She’s worked in home care, hospital, school, and assisted living settings. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from National American University along with additional certifications in Public Health and is a Licensed School Nurse and Licensed Assisted Living Director. She and her husband have three amazing children, one dog and three cats.
