Ashley Jackson
Executive Director
Ashley has worked in long term care, senior living, and human resources with senior living organizations for more than fifteen years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and is a Licensed Assisted Living Director and Nursing Home Administrator in Minnesota. Ashley and her husband have three energetic young girls, one big dog, and a small flock of backyard chickens.
Jen Foehse
Director of Sales and Outreach
Jen brings more than 10 years of senior living sales and marketing experience, with a lifelong passion for serving seniors and their families. Her journey began at age 12 when her grandmother moved into memory care, inspiring her early work as a cook and aide in a Roseville senior living community. Jen loves helping residents find a place they are proud to call home and is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference every day. A lifelong Roseville resident, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, their son, Andre, and their two dogs.
Angie Mwangi
Director of Health Services
Angie has worked in senior housing for 15 years, spending more than 10 of those years with Ebenezer. She realized her love for caregiving when she cared for her aunt and maternal grandmother in Kenya. Angie has an Associates Degree in Nursing from Minneapolis Community and Technical College. She loves traveling and reggae music.
