Ashley has worked in long term care, senior living, and human resources with senior living organizations for more than fifteen years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and is a Licensed Assisted Living Director and Nursing Home Administrator in Minnesota. Ashley and her husband have three energetic young girls, one big dog, and a small flock of backyard chickens.
Shannon has worked in long term care, assisted living, and memory care for three years and in disability services and an acute care hospital setting for twelve years. Caring for people is in Shannon’s blood: both of her parents have 50+ of experience in healthcare! Shannon has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Catherine’s University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and English Bulldog, Bane. Shannon loves to travel and visit locally owned restaurants for a great meal.
